My name is Jason Anderson and I'm the primary doctor at Marshall Animal Hospital. I graduated veterinary school in 1994 and worked in San Antonio for two years before coming back to Marshall as an associate for my dad. I became sole owner in 1996 and continued to practice mixed animal medicine for four years with an emphasis on equine medicine and cattle herd health. My true passion was always helping companion animals though, so we slowly made the transition to a small animal exclusive practice over the next few years. In addition, I wanted us to practice a new level of care not before present in Marshall, where every patient is offered the best medicine available and the pet owner receives service so good they want to refer their friends to us. We have accomplished this on all levels and consider it an honor that our clients trust us with their babies an family members.

I met the love of my life on November 6, 2000 and we now have 3 amazing, outgoing, smart and energetic children. As for pets, we have six dogs, two cats, a snake, hamster, mice, frogs and cattle and a paint horse. I love to travel and experience new things and think life should be an adventure where every day I lay down my head and I know I've done all I can to make the most of it. My purpose is to help people and animals to also be the most they can be.
