My name is Laurann. I am a Vet Technician here at Marshall Animal Hospital. I have been here for 7 years and started as a kennel assistant. I am level 2 certified and am presently working on level 3, the highest certification. I love the feeling when an animal, someone's cherished family member, comes to the clinic so sickly that it is unable to walk and, with a great doctor, technical support and tender loving care, the animal walks out of our hospital happy and healthy again. It’s most rewarding, to know that you helped that baby make a full recovery and get to watch it walk out the door with its family. Our Marshall Animal Hospital clients are so nice and caring and will do anything to keep their babies happy and healthy. It makes our job so much easier. I feel very lucky to be a part of the team here at Marshall Animal Hospital with such extraordinary doctors and the greatest support staff. I don't think I could ask for more. |

I love coming to work everyday and am so glad that Dr. Anderson gave me the opportunity to join him and his team here at Marshall Animal Hospital. |

Hello, our names are Nikki and Wheeler. We are blood donor dogs at Marshall Animal Hospital. I, Nikki, have lived here over ten years and have saved many lives. Wheeler has lived here just over 2 years. You see, when another dog comes in anemic from trauma, injury or disease, they need a blood transfusion to live. Dr. Jay has to pull blood from us so the other dog can make it. We sit so pretty on the table while the girls get us prepared for the procedure. It only takes a few minutes and is all over and then we get a special treat- canned dog food and extra doggy bones. We don't mind giving a little of us to help another. We have it made here! Always in the air conditioner or the heater! The girls give us treats all day! We have our own special kennels that are really big. We love life here at Marshall Animal Hospital and love saving the lives of someone’s special friend. |

Hello, my name is Ranger and I am a blood donor here at Marshall Animal Hospital for sick kitty cats. I was found underneath a Ford Ranger truck, which is why my name is Ranger. I have lived here for 1 year now and, boy do I love the attention I get from all the girls. I have a treat jar in the front lobby with Holly our receptionist. I try to get as many treats as I am allowed throughout the day. I am very spoiled and get to roam around the clinic all day, every day. I am constantly meeting new people and animals. The next time you come into Marshall Animal Hospital please don’t forget to give me a treat before you leave. THANK YOU!! |
